An ever-expanding online retailer are seeking a talented Web Designer to join their fast-growing Design team. You will develop & design market-leading campaigns for many brands and for a variety of channels, in order to drive revenue, and increase brand awareness. The role involves all aspects of web design as well as email, social media and print. In addition, there may be some involvement in campaign development, event organising and general marketing.
Responsibilities –
- You will be responsible for the design of high quality web elements, including bespoke landing pages, web banners and other assets for both mobile & desktop.
- You will create digital content for our social media platforms, including stories, carousel posts, banners and thumbnails.
- You will be responsible for designing and building email newsletters, maintaining the brand’s consistent identity, but with the freedom to apply your own creativity and flair.
- You will work as part of a design team, working individually or collectively on projects, and striving to improve and motivate each other.
- Occasionally you will work with ad-hoc briefs which could include designing presentations, flyers & promotional material and design for print.
Requirements –
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and XD
- Knowledge of AfterEffects, Figma and HTML is desired but not essential
- A strong desire to develop and learn new skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work in a fast paced, pressured environment.
- A strong portfolio of design work, including web & graphic design projects.
