£25k-£32k + Bonus + Benefits

Our client is a market leading brand and due to continued growth they are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Marketing Executive. As the Senior Marketing Executive, you will work with the business to define and deliver the marketing strategy to continue the outstanding growth of the business with a strong focus on high quality and volume lead generation and creation of quantifiable new business opportunities.

Key Accountabilities

  • Exhibition and Events – Organise, plan and co-ordinate or attendance at a number of key trade shows globally.
  • Lead Generation – demand generation from our target industries, existing and new end users and distributors. To drive commercial outcomes in the form of quality quoting opportunities for the sales team.
  • Website support – Daily management and monitoring of website including updates, blogs and product.
  • Product Marketing – message, proposition and offer development, communicating what we do and how we do it to our market.
  • Sales Support – material, case studies, brochures, business cases to equip the sales team with what they need for a perfect presentation.
  • Achieve the above by working closely, and forming relationships with, the commercial teams within the business, particularly sales.

Skills & Experience

  • You’ll have some experience in and hunger for driving lead generation through multiple channels.
  • Solid experience in event/exhibition management.
  • CRM experience (ideally HubSpot but not compulsory) around integrated demand, channel campaigns linking marketing and sales, capitalising on fully integrated campaigns.
  • Have outstanding communications and relationship building skills.
  • You’ll be a smart operator, able to deliver and not be afraid to roll your sleeves up to support the pursuit of company goals.
  • You’ll have a tenacious and confident approach yet be humble in your outlook and have a genuine desire to collaborate with the team.
  • You will have excellent project management skills and the ability to run the day-to-day marketing for the businesses, with support from the Marketing team.
  • You’ll have previous experience of working on multiple projects and stakeholders at any one time.
  • Great attention to detail and accuracy.
  • The ability to analyse data and report accurately on KPIs and metrics.
