Product Manager – Luxury Brand
Our client is a leading consumer beauty brand and they have a new requirement for a Product Manager, where you will be primarily responsible for developing and growing the product range. This will be an interesting and varied role, and the successful applicant will have the opportunity to help shape the future of business.
Responsibilities
- Based on competitor analysis and market research, identify opportunities for new products and product improvements
- Work with the wider marketing and stock teams to ensure everyone is up to date on on-going reformulations, campaigns, and new products
- Understand how the products work, their key ingredients, and the ways to get the best results and ensure this is passed on to relevant teams
- Manage the end-to-end cycle of new product development and product reformulations from concept to launch including brief creation (pack and formulation), feedback on submission, SKU creation, claims development, testing, artwork creation and launch
- Work with the wider marketing team to develop and ensure consistency of the assets that support the product launches
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed cost, quality, and timings
- Proofing of all product marketing, packaging artwork, promotional campaign copy, and press releases

- You will have a curious nature and be quick to develop your own skills as well as challenge and improve the way we do things, always looking to drive efficiency and best practice
- The candidate must have strong written and spoken communication skills and be able to effectively communicate clearly and concisely to ensure projects are worked through as efficiently and effectively as possible
- You must be pro-active and self-motivated. You will work both on your own initiative and with a wider team
