Our client is a rapidly growing IT/Tech business based in Sale, South Manchester. Due to continued growth they are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to help deliver the next stage of their marketing strategy. This is an exciting role, working directly with Senior Management to grow their internal marketing capability and support the business on its growth journey.  

Key Tasks:

  • Responsible for developing a Brand and Marketing Strategy that develops brand awareness in target markets and drives high-quality traffic into the business.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all channels of marketing.
  • Responsible for developing an in-depth understanding of ‘target customers’ and the corresponding personas.
  • Working closely with strategic partners to develop and implement joint marketing campaigns.
  • Responsible for managing digital channels (Linkedin, YouTube, Website, Email, Other Social etc)
  • Using own knowledge and expertise to support and guide a junior digital marketer.
  • Supporting the creation of regular, highly engaging blog posts and insights that help to drive lead conversions.
  • Leveraging both organic and paid acquisition channels to drive high quality leads into the business.
  • Applying a data driven and iterative process to ensure continuous improvement in the channels that are producing the best results.
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insights and assess against expected outcomes.
  • Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis.

About you:

  • Good experience of B2B marketing in the technology sector.
  • Solid understanding and technical knowledge of digital marketing principles and website analytics.
  • Proven history of optimising channels for lead conversion.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy, comfortable making sense of metrics and providing management insights.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • A confident and impactful communicator, both written and verbal, able to clearly explain technical ideas to non-technical audiences, and business concepts and goals to technical audiences.
