Our client is a creative and rapidly growing online retailer with their head office just outside Manchester. They are looking for enthusiastic and experienced professionals to join their energetic marketing team. We are looking for an experienced CRM Manager to engage existing customers and develop retention strategies through exciting and strategically planned email marketing and direct marketing campaigns. The right person will be able to apply their creativity and data interpretation to positively influence the consumer behaviour and improve frequency, conversion, AOV and basket size. You will be able to coordinate across multiple teams, and thrive in a fast paced culture.
Responsibilities –
· Plan, create and execute email campaigns (HTML, links, dynamic content, audience etc.)Analyse data to tailor emails across target regions and customer segments
· Set and deliver on tangible content and campaign goals.
· Track and monitor past and current campaign performance and audience behaviour to recommend strategies and campaigns that will increase loyalty, engagement and conversion.
· Complete regular reporting and analysis of email campaigns for insight building and channel optimisation
· Create customer segmentation models to maximize the business performance
· Stay abreast of competitor email activity and industry enhancements.
