£28k-£35k + Excellent Benefits

Leeds, West Yorkshire – Hybrid working (2 days a week in the office)

Our client is a leading online retailer and they have an exciting opportunity for a Campaign Manager, where you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across multiple channels of the fashion product offering. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives and deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities

Campaign Planning: Develop and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand guidelines.

Execution: Coordinate with creative, digital, and marketing teams to execute campaigns across various channels (email, social media, paid media, onsite, etc.).

Brand Partnership Collaboration: Work closely with relevant buying teams and third-party brands to optimise marketing opportunities and build strong relationships.

Agency Management: Manage the day-to-day relationship with the PR agency to ensure consistent messaging and maximise PR opportunities.

Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the performance of campaigns, using analytics to measure success and optimise future efforts.

Optimisation: Identify opportunities for campaign optimisation and suggest improvements to enhance effectiveness.

About You

Experience in brand and/ or campaign management either inhouse or from agency side

Understanding in both retail and online 

Experience working with and managing external agencies and partners

Analytical and strong excel and reporting skills

Knowledge of emerging technologies
