Our client is a rapidly growing online retailer that is expanding its senior team with the hiring of a commercially minded CRM specialist. This is an exciting new role for someone to join a fantastic business and that has a flair for developing customer experience and able to identify new opportunities with their current customer base.
Your key focus will be to increase revenue and profit by developing customer retention and loyalty programs. You’ll create a team to lead the way in changing how the business interacts and manages relationships with customers. Your success will be measured on the following outputs;
· Redefining the customer journey by removing friction to improve our net promoter scores
· Establishing a world class CRM system to improve both recommendation and retention
· Increasing click-through conversion rates from email campaigns
· Working alongside the Acquisition team to better use data to reduce advertising costs
The ideal candidate will be a CRM specialist preferably with retail experience with a strong ROI focused approach. It’s essential you have significant, results proven exposure to customer retention, experience and loyalty. This is a leadership role and an opportunity for a marketing professional to drive impactful decisions.
