We are seeking an E-Commerce Data & Analytics Assistant to join our ambitious digital team to assist in delivering analysis and insights that will help achieve growth and retention targets. Working closely with the digital, marketing and customer service teams, this is a pivotal role in delivering traffic to the website and increase lifetime value of our customers.

Key responsibilities:

·         Assisting the E-Commerce Data & Analytics Manager with all digital marketing data though ESP / CRM Systems

Collaborate with the marketing, merchandising and wider E-commerce teams to drive impactful and innovative marketing programs across all channels & brands.
Deliver analysis and insights that will help achieve growth and retention targets.
Utilise customer and marketing data to analyse performance and to develop plans for acquisition, retention, and other campaigns designed to increase lifetime value.
Working with the E-Commerce Trading Assistant to provide insights that will drive incremental revenue, transactions and engagement with a focus on more relevant and targeted interactions.
Working closely with the E-Commerce Data & Analytics Manager to identify different customer profiles / segments and carry out the optimisation of CRM/marketing activities across those landscapes.
Work closely with the E-Commerce Assistant- Email to create segmented data and automation flows.
Support the business in becoming more targeted and strategic in the content being delivered to our customers.
Assist in Identifying and analysing key trends and factors that influence behaviour and value.
Initiate analysis that will improve and modernise our marketing campaigns and efforts.
Assist the E-Commerce Data & Analytics manager in developing the loyalty schemes for the business in order to optimise customer retention, loyalty and lifetime value.
·         Undertaking alternative duties within the department as dictated by business demands, workload levels.

·         Brief the creative teams on all E-Commerce assets.

In order to be considered for this role you will have:

Demonstrable experience in E-Commerce / CRM and Data mining ideally with at least 2 years’ experience working in a similar role.
Advanced working knowledge of Google Analytics and other tools in the Google suite.
Google Analytics certification an advantage
Great knowledge of Email Service providers and CRM Systems.
A basic understanding of HTML coding for email marketing, although, not essential is advantageous.
Confident in reporting tools.
·         Experience with large scale data sets to generate insights and recommendations.

·         Good understanding of GDPR requirements.

Experience of E-Commerce platforms & content management systems.
Conscientious with exceptional attention to detail.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Proactive, tenacious and flexible with excellent interpersonal skills – able to communicate with staff in all areas of the business and customers where necessary
Independence – able to prioritise and take ownership of a project.
A keen interest in digital/E-Commerce trends and a passion for lifetime value and revenue.
