Our client’s culture is second to none, and its people really do come first. As a result of internal progression, they now have a requirement for Campaign Executive to join their (super lovely) marketing team on a permanent basis to focus on email marketing.

This role isn’t your run of the mill role, but offers the opportunity to get involved in some large scale campaigns. Your key remit is simple:–

Ensure that the right messages reach the right customers at the right time.

You’ll do this by agreed briefs and your own knowledge to create, implement and then assess the success of marketing campaigns, ensuring that the right customer segments are selected for each campaign. My client prides itself in its personal approach to its customers, contacting them with tailored campaigns which resonate with the targeted audience, so this role is absolutely key.

You’ll interrogate the results of campaigns, looking and what worked (or didn’t!) and building this into future campaign plans.

The ideal candidate will have worked within an email marketing, CRM or campaign management role previously, or in a broader marketing role, of which email marketing played a large part. Training can be given on the specific email tools used by my client, as they’re continually investing in their marketing offering to make sure that they’re working with the best possible tools, but you must be highly numerical and commercially focussed.

Equally important is your skill in communication, as you’ll need to be comfortable relaying results to the wider business. You’ll have an analytical outlook, but will be competent and turning the figures into actionable insight, which can be used to enhance the brand’s communication with its loyal customer base.
