My client is a global consumer brand, with a reputation for customer satisfaction. They now have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Optimisation Manager to join their team.

This is a bit of a hybrid role, which would suit someone with a strong analytical background, but who is able to lead on projects and ensure that the customer experience online is the best it can be. Leading a small team, you’ll be responsible for making UX decisions through extensive testing. You’ll lead on the conversion and usability strategy for the brand, always looking at how you can improve the customer experience through data-led decisions.

Day to day, your role will include:-
– Management of the MVT programme
– Analysing website performance and turning these figures into actionable insight
– Championing the voice of the customer, ensuring that everything the team does is with a view to making the site easier to use and more convenient for the customer
– Looking closely at how the site is trading
– Responsibility for optimising the conversion rate of the site, through looking at traffic flows and conversion funnels
– Championing a data-driven approach to optimisation and usability
– Identifying UX issues and suggesting ways to solve them

Ideal candidates will come from a digital analytics/conversion optimisation/digital product owner background.
